Professional Practice in Behavior Health

This course will introduce students to the role of the baccalaureate prepared behavior health specialist.  Students will transition from clinicians to professionals, and acquire a deeper understanding of the behavior health profession.


Credit hours: 3.0

Prerequisites:

  • BEH200 - Introduction to Behavior Health
  • BEH205 - Evidence Based Treatments
  • BEH210 - Diagnosis of Identified Populations
  • BEH215 - Motivational Interviewing
  • BEH220 - Substance Use Disorders

Additional Prerequisites / Conditions: Must earn a C to pass this course.
