Wellness Coaching

The purpose of this course is to introduce students to the process of wellness coaching. Students will develop techniques to help clients achieve and maintain emotional, financial, social, spiritual, occupational, physical, intellectual, and environmental wellness. 


Credit hours: 3.0

Prerequisites:

  • BEH200 - Introduction to Behavior Health

Additional Prerequisites / Conditions: Must earn a C to pass this course.
